29.03.05 Comments Off DE CEZANNE A DUBUFFET
Où peut-on voir en ce moment une exposition totalement unique avec les plus belles pièces de collection de Picasso, Paul Klee, Monet, le Namurois Henri Michaud, Dubuffet et autres ?
Cette fois-ci je ne vous invite pas à prendre l’avion pour New York, non !
Après avoir fait le tour des principales capitales d’Europe, la Collection Planque vient se poser sur les cimaises du Musée d’Ixelles. Une collection chargée d’émotion, fruit de la passion et de la curiosité d’un homme. C’est grâce à ce regard enthousiaste et clairvoyant que les amateurs peuvent aujourd’hui découvrir cette collection privée hors du commun, d’une cohérence et qualité rarement inégalée. avec également Van Gogh, Degas, Monet, Renoir, Sam Francis (j’adore!) qui illustrent, entre autres, son amour pour l’art français du 20ème siècle.
Sur place dans le musée, la plus grande collection de posters de Toulouse-Lautrec.
A ne manquer donc sous aucun prétexte !

04.03.05 Comments (2) GODDAM! NINA SIMONE
 Op 21 april gaat er GODDAM! ‘A tribute to Nina Simone’ in première in de Arenberg Schouwburg, Antwerpen. Een prachtig en emotioneel eerbetoon aan “The High Priestress of Soul”, vertolkt door jonge talentvolle muzikanten en vocalisten die de diversiteit en het begeesterend karakter van Nina Simone’s oeuvre prachtig in de verf zetten. Ik garandeer dat als Joy Frempong ‘Another Women’ zingt je totaal emotioneel in je stoel bevangen wordt door een intens ontroering. Zo sterk dat ik zelfs geen foto’s meer kon nemen… en dat komt zelden voor! (ook wel eens meegemaakt toen Filip Jordens ‘Ne me quitte pas’ van Brel zong.)

Where in Antwerp can you find a terrific modern photographic studio for rent where you can drive in with a car, with full flash equipment, all facilities, protected parking and much more!?
At Promophot®, since 2001, in the totally new studio, very close to the Singel so very easy to reach.
In this large studio Promophot® has at its disposal a 5,7 meters wide infinity cove and a rail mounted flash, on 6 meters high!
But next to that it is also equipped with a room wide save, a make-up/changing area,
modern sanitary facilities with shower and also a kitchen for food related photos.
This all on a surface of about 400m².
And last but not least, a closed off-road parking wich facilitates very secure loading without stress!
