Qui n’a pas en mémoire au moins une photo de cet artiste universel ? Il a parcouru le monde entier, toujours à passer invisible, ses images sobres étaient à la pointe de l’exactitude.
Nous racontant juste ce qu’il nous incombait de savoir, jamais plus. Point de voyeurisme, que du respect pour tout sujet qu’il traitait avec justesse. C’est là la raison pour laquelle ses images nous parlent tant, qu’elles nous touchent au plus profond, une communication d’âme et d’esprit.
L’utopie lui permettait de vivre dans ce monde qu’il jugeait à juste titre de technocrate. Il faisait confiance en l’Homme, pas dans la société. Révolté perpétuel, libertaire, il avait l’éthique de se remettre en question, de s’oublier et d’être disponible. Tout cela lui permettait d’attraper le hasard et de nous donner de la joie en l’étalant sur papier. Papier à dessin ou papier photographique, Conté ou Leica.
Discret il est parti ce lundi sur la pointe des pieds… sans tapage, il avait 95 ans. Au revoir Monsieur Cartier-Bresson, je m’incline humblement.

At Promophot®, since 2001, in the totally new studio, very close to the Singel so very easy to reach.
In this large studio Promophot® has at its disposal a 5,7 meters wide infinity cove and a rail mounted flash, on 6 meters high! But next to that it is also equipped with a room wide save, a make-up/changing area,
modern sanitary facilities with shower and also a kitchen for food related photos. This all on a surface of about 400m².
And last but not least, a closed off-road parking wich facilitates very secure loading without stress!
